Went through the phone screening and was asked a total of two questions. The person clearly had no experience in doing phone screenings or was just calling to justify their job existence. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I had a phone screening with one of the team members who than asked me to come in for two on one interview a few days after with the client service manager and the person who phoned me. Overall the interview was pleasant asking me about my background and asking what I wanted in my next role and why I wanted the role. However I did not get any response after spending my own personal time to make the interview which is just unprofessional.
