The process started by having a 30 min phone screen with an administrator. I was then sent an assignment to complete. I was invited to interview in the office a few days later. The interview was with the manager of a different department, the manager of the department I applied for, and then finally an interview with an associate at the company. I read on glassdoor prior to doing the assignment portion that this company just wants free work out of it. I decided to answer all questions except for one response, I said I will happily answer this if I become an employee here as I need to retain my intellectual property. The response I originally wrote would be game changing to their digital marketing initiatives, but you can't have your cake and eat it too. This obviously angered the woman who leads a different department as she turned aggressive and rude during our interview when she brought up the fact that I didn't give the response she wanted. She said I didn't answer the question, although I did. She then proceeded to grill me on what intellectual property is. Anyways, it is what it is. Had they offered me the position, I would have had to turn it down to my negative experience with this woman. Thankfully the awkwardness was avoided as I was sent an email from the admin who originally contacted me saying that I was not offered a position, but if I wanted feedback to let her know. I requested feedback, but never got a response. The branch of Attendify in Scottsdale is pretty unprofessional company in my opinion. I had to pay for my own parking at the interview as well, which is unheard of.
