The process is a group interview with four members of the work staff each posing a question to you. The questions range from are you able to work as a team, what would you be bring to the company if you where hired, and what was the most difficult experience you had the a patient.

I was an internal applicant so I applied through the internal portal. Manager reached out to schedule a phone interviews. I interviewed over the phone and was offered the job a couple weeks later.
