Applied online through their website. Next a recruiter calls for a phone interview. Finally, there is a group interview in person with the current staff. The recruiter calls you with the offer or emails you a form letter denial. I was offered a position as soon as I arrived home from the group interview.

Peer interview. Manager will call, arrange time. First interview is with staff members who will ask predetermined questions. If they like you, you will meet the manager. Once the manager meets you, they will likely extend an offer a few days later.

Applied for several jobs and got some calls over the next few days and weeks. Some wanted to screen for experience first before inviting me for a formal interview. Scheduled three interviews with different departments. After a month I heard back from one department and it took a week to hear back from the other, the third I never heard back from at all.

Application submitted August and hired / started in November. Long tedious and disorganized process. The staff conducting Nursing orientation were nice and knowledgeable, however the content needs updating - Major Concern was documenting - take this quiz - I will give you answers and pass them in
