This interview wasn't bad, honestly. It was over the phone mainly, but I also was in the middle of my preceptorship. So I think that helped me a lot verses apply into a position where you haven't already met the faculty members. I was offered the job at the end of the phone call and accepted.

The interview process was very smooth and professional. The interviewer was kind, asked relevant clinical and situational questions, and explained the job responsibilities in detail. Overall, it was a respectful and positive experience.

I start by self introduction and my unit. i elaborated my expericence and the interviewer ask me for further question about conflict with family or patient and i was able to answer it

Had an interview then a peer interview with nurses on unit! They Asked very common interview questions and ! Was very conversational and natural! Overall was a great interview experience
