While I applied for a supervisor position, I was emailed stating they had another position that they thought I was better qualified/fit for and asked me if I wanted to come in and talk and I agreed. In the mean time, I had one of my friends to look up the salary range for that specific position. I was not really thrilled with the pay because the base pay was a lot less than I knew I was willing to take however, I decided to continue the process anyway. Overall the 3 panel interview went well. It was more of a personality type of interview. (Which I like) I'm not very fond of the behavioral type ones which I think are absolutely absurd. I pretty much knew I would get an offer once they started doing the background check.
