First and foremost, this is NOT the impression we at Atrilogy ever want to leave with our candidates. We would obviously love all reviews to be positive; however, it is only through these negatives reviews that we can improve as a company. So, thank you for this review. I have spoken with the recruiting manager and with the recruiter involved in this situation. We have identified some training opportunities to make sure that this type of situation is eliminated as much as possible going forward. With that, I will also ask and mention to our candidates that it can become a very challenging aspect of the job of a recruiter to manage feedback. Our recruiters are dealing with many candidates at any point in time and there are occasions where things get missed. In this particular case, the recruiter and sales executive have been trying, without success, to get the client to communicate back with an update. This should have been communicated to you – that we too are waiting to hear for feedback and that we are sorry we don’t have that yet. Once again, we are sorry that you had this impression, but please know that this is not what Atrilogy is about. Unfortunately, people are much more likely to post negative impressions than positive ones even though I am certain that we have a large number of very satisfied candidates over the last 18+ years we have been in business.
