Had 1 technical round and 1 hr. Process was good and the person were helpful too. I was able to make to offer. It was a great experience overall. HR were also helpful during all the rounds guiding and conducting the interview and timings and all. Almost all the process took less than 12 days.

Do not rely on this company. The company makes fool out of you at the end of hiring process. My interview too around 5 weeks. I had cleared two technical rounds. had discussion with HR about the compensation. She mentioned she cannot match my expectation but still I agreed on it. The HR team was preparing the offer letter to be released. I was also interviewed by the specific project manager. I waited for 2 long weeks. Mail chain went on and I was assured to get the offer letter as soon as possible. Then finally when i called the HR she said she cannot process the offer since the delivery team says there is no requirement of the resources at this point of time. This was totally unexpected from a company like Atos Syntel. I tried asking her then why was the recruitment initiated when there is no requirement, she has put the blame on the delivery team for all the questions I kept on asking her. It was truly a big disappointment for me and unexpected from ATOS-SYNTEL
