Entretien
Interview process was quick and I was hired after one group phone screening and one f2f group interview. Hiring was through a recruiting company in CA. Rate negotiation was good. Recruiter agreed to pay rate I was looking in $70 - $ 80 per hr.
Recruiter messed up the onsite interview date but Atos Manager was very courteous and entertained me to interview when I reached there though date was wrong.
After that hiring decision was made quickly and an offer was made. It also involved a background check plus drug testing.

Question 1
Technical question about knowledge in middleware, architecture, open systems, MS SQL and Oracle database, and networking. Generally basic technical question. You need to know n-tier architecture and basic load balancing, firewall concepts.
Also need to know Excel. Excel is used to document solution details.
It was fair and simple. Also some questions were from latest hyper-scalars. They checked on data modernisation and migration. They also checked on my leading ability. I like the interviewing style.

Focus on real life scenario. How and where you can implement the it. Give practical implementation steps or process. Don't give Theoretical answer. Try to keep it simple and precise.
