Got through to the video interview phase, they asked pretty standard fit questions. Didn't get the offer and no feedback was given due to "high number of strong applicants", but I felt more confident for doing it and getting more practice

I think the best way to prepare is to be able to really structure your answers during the 30 sec prep time you get after seeing a question. Communication is key for consultants so they want you to be able to clearly get your point across clearly. Aside from that just be yourself
