Phone interview, followed by onsite interview, followed by interview with the managing director. Overall the interview was not difficult, first and second stage were enjoyable but the last one with the managing director was totally unpleasant! He is extremely arrogant and rude person, does not research the people he is meeting and does not show respect in any way. He acts like he is already your boss, which he isn't. He must understand that, he is not only interviewing you but you are interviewing him also. Candidate has to also make a decision whether they want to work for such individual or the company as well! Concentrates on questions which aren't in any way relevant on the position or the job itself. Overall glad i won't be working for this company. You have to be very desperate for employment to work for someone like him!
