2 round interview. 1 phone interview with the hr staff member and one face to face intrview with the senior manager. The atmosphere was relaxed and they tried to explained what your role will be if hired. They try to understand whether your personality can fit the company values

Primo step: colloquio tecnico, ho parlato con quello che sarebbe diventato il mio capo, mi ha esposto in breve il ruolo e fatto alcune domande di carattere sia personale che tecnico
Secondo step: colloquio HR
3 entretiens. 1 premier par téléphone avec une RH, le second en pressentie avec un chef de projet et le dernier avec le responsable opérationnel. Les rendez vous ont durées environ 1h à 1h30

Très efficace, pas eu à faire beaucoup d'entretiens décallé de 20 jours chacun ... donc assez satisfait personnellement de cela.
Suite à cela j'ai pu avoir une réponse assez rapide de leurs part
