First interview was virtual and they asked personality-type questions. Second interview was in person. I arrived at their office and could hardly hear the receptionist over the extremely loud music. It was a complete bait and switch! The second interview was for a 100% commission based marketing job. The person took me to a coffee shop to do this interview. When I questioned the interviewer about this not being the salaried job I applied for, I was told they thought I was a better fit for marketing despite having no experience whatsoever. We went back to the office and they had me fill out a questionnaire. I made up an excuse and left.
