I applied online and then was contacted a few days later for a phone interview. Then about a week later was contacted to arrange a on site interview. This was a 5 person interview back to back, this took about 3.5 hours. Afterwards they followed up on my references, I then received an offer about a week later. During the onsite interview there were a lot of situational questions. Each interview generally started with me telling a bit about myself before jumping into the more job oriented questions. Interviewers were very friendly, but definitely listening critically to each response. They left plenty of time at the end to ask questions of my own.
