After I submitted my resume I only had to wait about a day before I was interviewed with the Chief of People and the TA Manager. The in-person interview was relaxed and in a small setting where you could really get to know the interviewer. After the first meeting, I was asked to have virtual meetings with other leaders in the company, including the CEO. Lastly, I was asked to come in to take a tour of the office and submit references. All in all - the whole process took about two weeks from first interview to offer. I really liked meeting with not only the HR team but other stakeholders in the company. I feel like that was a great example of collaboration and introducing you to those who you would be supporting. I never felt out of place.

He provided me with an overview of the company and the position, highlighting Atom’s achievements and being transparent about the crucial projects this role would be responsible for. CEO - approachable and easy to talk to. Down to earth. Also had the opportunity to meet with other members of the leadership team. Personally, I appreciated this opportunity, helpful to get to know the various personalities of the teams and how they incision their partnership with this role. Interviews were timely and informative.
