I interviewed in the hiring manager and a supporting manager. The actual job description outlined during the interview differed from the posted description. The hiring manager was dispiriging of the company I worked for. She said ‘here at first market we are not afraid to get our hands dirty, we don’t have admins and we have to make our own coffee’. Needless to say I thought that was uncalled for.
