I was informed by a business associate through LinkedIn, that there was an open position at Atlantic Pacific for the training department. I went ahead, submitted my application online through their portal and within 24 hrs I was contacted by one of their very professional yet amicable recruiters. We had a short 25 min phone interview, and within 2 hrs I received an e-mail with further instructions, a scheduled interview, a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) Assessment link, and a request for a presentation with details and instructions that were given by the immediate supervisor. After my presentation and one-on-one interview, I left the office pretty happy and excited for the opportunity, but I received a bigger surprise 48 hrs later, when I answered a call with a job offer and an opportunity I couldn't miss!
