Began with about a 30 minute phone interview; the HR generalist covered my previous work history and asked very specific questions about why I left each job. She confirmed the terms and the benefits offered, definitely over sold the 'free' medical care. After the conversation she scheduled me for an in person interview with the Human Resources Director and asked me to complete an online skills assessment before the interview. The in person meeting covered a lot of the same ground as the phone call but included questions about specific experiences I'd had with other jobs.
