I applied in early Feb of 2022 and got an invitation to phone screen for a different role via HR. (I applied for like 5 different internships on their website). We had a nice and relaxed little chat and the HR rep decided to let me do second rounds with two hiring managers that better fit my qualifications. I had two back-to-back second-round interviews with different departments and heard back about a month later with an offer letter. Overall, really great and transparent process! Just be ready to give examples of past work and know your salt on communications.
