I applied online twice and finally I received an email from the manager asking two questions: availability and why I would like to work for Athleta. Then I received a call to schedule an interview in the store. The manager was very approachable, it was more a talk, but definitely I was not the right fit. A few days ago a received an email to let me know that they were going to another person.

A manager reached out to me to schedule an in-person meeting and shared details about what they are looking for in this position. There was a single interview with a store manager. She asked me behavioral questions, questions to see how I align with Athleta's values, and why Athleta. The next day, they called to offer me the job.

Not difficult at all very simple questions about availability, prior work experience, working with others and would help to more information on the company about their B crop organization and how the company focuses on being sustainable.
