I applied in December/January of 2014. I was contacted later for a group interview in the store. It was a quick process. We went down the line and talked a little bit about ourselves. We then had to go out into the store and find an outfit and "sell" it to the General manager conducting the interview. It was very laid back. I enjoyed my experience during the interview process. The application is time consuming and asks a lot of behavioral questions.
A manager reached out to me to schedule an in-person meeting and shared details about what they are looking for in this position. There was a single interview with a store manager. She asked me behavioral questions, questions to see how I align with Athleta's values, and why Athleta. The next day, they called to offer me the job.

Not difficult at all very simple questions about availability, prior work experience, working with others and would help to more information on the company about their B crop organization and how the company focuses on being sustainable.
