When I interviewed the store was not yet open and was still in the setup process. It was a group interview, which consisted of the Store Director and one HR person. We all went around the room and talked a little bit about ourselves and our work experience. There wasn't much to the interview really and we were all hired on temporarily to get the store ready to open, from there they watched everyone's work ethic and the Store Director and 2 Store Managers chose the people they wanted to keep.
