Basic questions are asked. Could be one interview with the SD or two separate interviews with both the SM and SD. They ask questions to know how you would react to certain situations and questions to get to know your personality.

Entretien
Light hearted and fun. They wanted to know if I was going to be a cheerful, "scrappy", team player. Interview was conducted by a manager and a the store director.

The process was easy. I was interviewed by of the store managers. I got the job on the spot with no problem. Questions were not too hard. They mostly just talked about the job description.

Very simple interview, generic interview questions. I only had one interview and then once hired had a small meeting with my interviewer and a couple other new hires to go over the job.
