Recruiter was contacted me via Linkedin. Then we had phone chat to discuss the job description briefy. He sent my CV to Company HR After that technical interview was planned. However, the process is a bit strange.

How many years of experience do you have in system engineering?
It's frustrating as I found I was contacted by many (I recall 6) agents asking to put me forward, but AS took months between stages and chasing them became very boring. In the end I found another job, it was about 5 months between first contact and trying to confirm final stage interview.

Two interviews, one initial phone call as a screen then one technical interview in person. Friendly people asking relevant questions. Had reasonable expectations of knowledge for the position. Clear communiciation throughout.
