Applied during my last semester of college and took about a few weeks to get the offer. Spent the day being interviewed at HQ by four of six different people (I don't really remember). Interview consisted of behavior and technical questions. All of them I thought were straightforward and basic. The highlight of the interview is seeing their labs (what cool gadgets), getting a free lunch (food means a lot to starving college kids) and ridding the escalator. Seriously they have one.
Some questions were

What is a abstract class?
What are your hobbies?
