Very simple. Spoke with MD for a couple weeks casually over the phone and then was brought in to have a formal interview with the team. Never felt rushed or pressured during the interview process. Made sure that this role was going to be the right fit.

I completed two phone interviews, one with a recruiter and the other with leadership. The manager I spoke with pleasant, but she discussed salary very early. I understand her reasoning, but she could not provide any substance when I asked about the salary range. I was told I would receive a call from the recruiter regarding next steps. That call never came. I even followed up with the recruiter, only to be ghosted. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional, disrespectful, and bad manners.
