I interviewed initially over the phone with the Co-Founder/Sales Director. I then I met with the President at a training session he was giving at a local hotel. The President then asked for a one-on-one conversational interview which led to him asking me to provide him with a sales strategy and hiring plan for the remainder of the 2019 and 2020 for a team that I was to create from scratch. After a thorough, mutually positive, discussion, I was sent a formal offer which I gladly accepted.
