Hiring and interview process is too slow. There is no feedback given until weeks. You are stranded in the middle thinking either you were too good for the management to decide upon your salary or too bad that there's no feedback given after multiple interview rounds. HR is not bothered to tell the outcome unless you follow up with the multiple times. It just shows how their post hiring process would be aligned. Would definitely not recommend wasting your time and effort on a company who doesn't identify with their own company principles i.e. valuing people's potential
