Resume drop and then phone interview with a VP and MD. Both were quite straightforward. Process took about a month and results came in during late March. Both were very behavioral style interviews with a couple questions mixed in regarding my interest in municipal bonds.

Interview was fairly standard, asking about my past experience, why I was interested in the job, etc. Time for asking questions at the end. Only lasted about 30 minutes with the immediate supervisor. The issue came after the interview- completely ghosted, no response or even a rejection. Felt completely unprofessional.
