Interview was fairly straightforward. I was brought into a conference room with 3 Supervisors. They all seemed as if they were rushed into the interview with me. They took notes as I answered questions. They were not dressed up and the office seemed very laid back. Typical office with cubes and dual monitors. After the interview they had me take a skills assessment to measure my ability with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. I applied through a temp, so my first interview was with my recruiter, second interview was with a hiring manager @ Assurant. Interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. She asked me typical interview questions (i.e. tell me about a time with a difficult or irate customer, tell me about a time when you didn’t know how to resolve a customer’s problem and what did you do, etc.). Interview took place at 9am and I received a job offer later on that evening around 5 or 6 PM.
