Went through an IQ test, word and excel tests, and an in-person interview with the head of the Strategic Analytics department. I liked the tests as a way to judge the applicants beyond just a resume and a quick face-to-face interaction. These tests allowed me to be able to display skills that were very applicable to the job that I was applying for. This was unique to many other interviews I've had where all I had to display my talents was a quick walk-through of my resume with the employer.
