      Entretien

      2 rounds of interviews: 1st - interview with recruiter *mostly ask about your previous work experience, and also some light interview questions. They also ask what do you know about this company and this role. 30 mins 2nd Interview - with panels (hiring manager + few other managers) *1 hour back to back interview with 3 managers. Each managers will ask you questions. Questions are not super hard but I think they want to see if you fit well with the team. I completed the interviews a week after i applied for the job. However, due to the internal changes, i didn't hear from them for another 3 weeks because the previous recruiter had to do task handover to the new recruiter.

      Entretien

      I scheduled a meeting at 3:00 PM GMT+8 via Google Meet and joined the meeting link at 2:25 PM, assuming it was not considered late. However, I was not admitted into the meeting room. After multiple attempts to rejoin, I received an email at 3:13 PM from the interviewer stating they were waiting for me to join. When I was finally admitted, the interviewer displayed an annoyed attitude, stating that I had joined very late and that she had to reschedule her time for the interview. She also mentioned that due to my “lateness,” the interview would be extremely brief, as she had many other interviews to conduct. During the interview, she asked common questions and requested proof of my Chinese proficiency. I explained that Chinese is my native language, and I have been speaking it since primary school. She then remarked that some of their staff had to take Chinese courses to obtain certification. This raised concerns about their hiring process, as it seemed individuals who initially lacked the required language skills were hired for a role requiring Mandarin proficiency. She also asked if I could speak Korean, despite no prior mention of this requirement. From the beginning, the interview felt unprofessional, with an arrogant tone and dismissive attitude. It was unclear why someone who did not seem to fully understand the language requirements was conducting the interview. This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I have encountered.
