Entretien
The interview primarily revolved around my resume, with a significant emphasis on my experience and expertise in Linux. Rather than focusing on direct or theoretical questions, the interviewer presented scenario-based situations that required applying practical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The discussions were framed at an architect and design level, assessing not only my technical proficiency but also my ability to conceptualize solutions, design system workflows, and make strategic decisions relevant to large-scale environments.
The interview wasn’t easy but the process was clear and HR was helpful throughout. I met with peers in the team as well and that is a great way to understand culture and key insights to the role

The HR sent me the interview invite, one-on-one, where I scheduled the call, and then I had a call with HR where she explained to me about the role. But it looked like the HR did not read my resume previously and just invited me for the call, which was quite a bad experience. Later, they rejected me on the same day by telling me that the hiring manager had rejected. What I believe is HR read the resume for the first time and was kind of making weird expressions.

Good overall, did it a while ago. Learned more about the company and ended up not being interested in the job so I did not follow up for another interview.
