      Absolutely lengthy and unpleasant experience. The interview process started off with a recruiter screening call and I was given an assignment. After the assignment round, I spoke to 4 different management level folks. All of the conversations were 2-3 weeks apart and each time when I followed up with the HR on this, her response would be they are still looking at other candidates. Eventually I was ghosted for 1 month after the last interview. PSA: if you’re looking to join aspire, make sure they make you an offer that’s immediate or right after 2 rounds. Anything beyond that they are just wasting your time and energy. Also PSA to Aspire: other candidates in the fintech industry that I know personally have similar experience with you that. Keep continuing this atrocious attitude of hiring and get yourself blacklisted sooner or later.

      Straight up just sent an assessment invitation to my email and a follow up personality test. Not even a courtesy call or an initial phone screen. I'm not getting a sense this company is taking applicants seriously or has a human touch.
