They thrive on competition and it’s not a collaborative environment. They made it very clear of that in the process. It was not a hard process they just do not value teamwork and it’s a stickler environment.

Applied online. Heard back after 2 weeks. Short 15 minute call with Hiring Manager. Questions covered project management experience, why I wanted to work at a mission-led company, experience of using tools to manage projects, experience of working with people from different backgrounds. Rejection email the following week.
