Had a long interview session with the Head of Department (Social Media) and HR personnel. Asked a lot of questions like social and work related questions, MBTI and whether I'm an introvert or extrovert. We got to know each other and the team more and felt like I was a great fit for the position. Interview experience went well from my POV but did not get a follow-up response after it was over. Job opening remained unfilled for a few more months before getting officially rejected months later on the job application site.
