I submitted a written application, then attended an HR interview which also included a written test, then I did a winter vac scheme, followed by an interview with two partners (including the graduate recruitment partner)

Entretien
This is a very chill and friendly process. It is with one HR and one senior associate. They are very nice throughout the way. The interview is not CV blinded.

What commercial stories have you come across? How does it relate to Ashurst?
Had a written task on a commercial scenario concerning how you would advise a businesss owner seeking investment from angel investors. Following this there was an hour long competency and motivations based interview with fairly standard questions and the odd commercial awareness question thrown in.
