What truly stood out was the follow-up: even though I didn't advance, they actually emailed me with constructive feedback from the interview. It did make me wonder, though since they use an AI note-taker, is the AI actually the one comparing candidate answers and generating the final results and feedback behind the scenes? Regardless, that level of transparency is very rare right now.
