The interview was easy, had to fill out a CNC Experience questionnaire before the interview. Met with a few friendly shop managers, to discuss operations and my personal experience machining. They were helpful in answering questions and showed me around the shop. A very clean place, but wouldn’t discuss pay until after they convened together about which department they would place me in.
