It was a phone interview with HR followed by in-person interview with a group of people from production. They have COVID protocols in place so I interviewed in a garage behind the office. Questions were about background and “what would you do if…”. There were few technical questions but they did want to know about things I did at past jobs and how I worked on equipment problems. Also some questions on using technology/computers/ect.
