I did a phone interview where they asked about my interest in the position and if I had any questions about the job or the company. Then they sent me an assignment to complete on a 48 hour deadline. The assignment was an example of a family that they serve and if I could identify strengths within that family. Then I had an in-person interview at their office with the hiring managers.
