Unit manager calls and has a brief phone interview and if your chosen they send you the necessary online paperwork. You attend a few orientations but some of them are zoom calls, and a typical drug & background test. overall the hiring process took close to a month after the initial call from the unit manager.

It was a straightforward interview process starting with an online application, then a couple week wait time until I heard back for an interview in person. Interview was with managers of department, quick and straight forward with questions on how you deal with difficult patients and situations among coworkers.
