I did three interviews for the job. After the second interview, I was told that I would hear back from the hiring manager about their decision, but I ended up having to reach out myself after about two weeks. I was then scheduled for the third interview a few days later and did not hear back from them after the final interview. Over a month later, they finally updated my application status on their candidate website as “not selected,” which at that point I already figured I wasn’t going to be hired. There was no formal email sent to me indicating that they had moved forward with someone else. Overall, the process took a couple of months. It’s okay to not be selected, but I wish they had been better about communication. The interviews themselves were pretty standard, just your basic “getting to know you,” questions about experience, and situationals. I had one phone interview, one 1:1 virtual interview with the hiring manager, and one interview with the clinic physician and nurse together.
