Entretien
There is was a phone call interview followed by a panel interview.
1. The phone call consisted of typical interview questions. I got a call back the next day for another in person interview.
2. The in person/panel interview was a series of scenario questions and how I would respond to it. The questions were really long. I looked at a computer while they read the questions to me. The room environment was not warm and slightly awkward and tense.

3. How do you self care?
4. How do you deal with a pediatric patient who feels like she is a burden to her family?
5. How do you deal with a grandfather who is upset by the level of care his grandson is receiving?
6. What would you do if a medical provider had a different plan of care than what you thought was best?
