I was excited to interview for Ascension’s skilled nursing community but sadly this was a very unprofessional interview. The NHA was a no show when I arrived to interview. Upon rescheduling, she was unenthusiastic when she greeting me. Her apology seemed hallow. Once the interview began she very quickly dismissed my extensive experience. The company wanted me for a different position which I was overqualified for and pushed me in that direction. The hiring manager was great but sadly the experience with the administrator soured my feelings.
