I recently attended a panel interview over phone. I must say, this was one of the best interview I had in years. The recruitment manager did the best she could to clearly explain what the team was looking for. More so, during the interview, the hiring manager took good chunk of time to explain the organization, purposes & mission, and then covered the role very well. The panel was fantastic as the conversation was quite inquisitive and mostly a 2-way. Even though I am still waiting to hear the results, thought will go ahead & share!
