They make the contact as usual, but when it's completed the process the delivery manager ask you to wait for two weeks and after wait we agree to only make an interview with the final client, the issue here its after two weeks as we agree , the manager said should be another new process like talk with recruiter and all the interviews and I feel lossing my time because the manager make the spoke agreement that he not able to complete, all the process works with the truth NOT LIES
