The most horrible process. First round was an automated call. After this they never contacted me for 1 month until I escalated to the HR head. Then they sent yet another online assessment with a questionnaire. Post this they scheduled a interview call. The interviewer failed to join and the HR took the interview. Not only this. You have to join via your phone and laptop. Place the phone in a way they can see you and your screen. Imagine how it would be to work for a place like this. Honestly hope they never fill this position. Horrible experience. The HR guy calls you to remind about the interview even asks you to join 30 mins early only for their maam to not show up due to an emergency or a client call and what not.
