Straight-forward, 3-4 step interview process. You should expect a phone screen, behavioral/case interview, and an executive interview. The longest wait was from final stage to offer. The case interview is take-home, so I would not stress too much with preparation.

Initial interview screening call with Jackie Michel (recruiter) and then a difficult case study that was presented with two managers (Molly & Erica). The process took 2 months because they kept extending each second interview round out by 2-3 weeks. Checked my references, made it all the way to the final VP interview only to get denied and not told anything until I reached out. Incredibly DISRESPECTFUL and deceitful process but glad it didn’t work out because they’re beyond unprofessional.
