Entretien
Had one call with a recruiter who seemingly loved me. Told me I was a great fit and that she couldnt wait to schedule me for the next round. However, I would never connect with the recruiter again, she would ghost me and I ended up receiving a denail email 3 weeks later.
This seems to be a pattern with Asana if you look at the reviews. Others have been promised interviews only to be ghosted.

Entretien
I applied applied online. A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an initial interview around 2 weeks afterwards. The initial interview was conducted by another recruiter. During the interview, the recruiter mentioned that I would be moving forward to a next step, a call with the hiring manager, which according to the recruiter would be set up as soon as possible. I reached out to both recruiters with an email to follow up a few days afterward, and I heard nothing back.
From all the great things that I've heard from the employees experience, it's very disappointing to be treated like this as a candidate. Not only the recruiters didn't follow up on their promise, but also they didn't even have the decency to respond to my email, not even a generic "no thank you" email. Very unprofessional.
